13. 06. 2006 - Selection of an investment adviser for the KUP

The company PricewaterhouseCopers Czech Republic has become an investment adviser of the Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation (EGAP) for the selection of a strategic partner for the Commercial Credit Insurance Company EGAP. This company complied with all terms and conditions prescribed by the Government, the Interministerial Selection Commission and by the Board of Directors of EGAP and submitted the most acceptable offer.

The intention to realize a sale of 66% of the share of the Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation in the Commercial Credit Insurance Company EGAP to a strategic investor who will be selected by the method of a public tender, using the investment and legal adviser, was approved by the Government on April 19, 2006.
