Mr. Ladislav Řezníček, MBA graduated at the faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague and joined the Nuclear research Institute in Řež as a researcher. During 1991 - 1996 he held various positions at the Czech National Bank and at the same time he finished a 3-year course of the World bank on risk management and management of assets and liabilities. Afterwards he worked with the company Česká finanční, Ltd., in a position of an executive officer responsible for operation of the Company and then with the Konsolidační banka, Prague, state monetary institution, as a Deputy Managing Director and later as its Managing Director. In 2001 - 2006 he worked with the PPF Group as a Managing Director responsible for acquisition of portfolios of receivables and real estate projects and later as a Chief Risk Officer responsible for the risk management of the financial group PPF. Before joining EGAP, he was a consultant, particularly in the area of project management, financial management, regulation of financial institutions, workouts and risk management.
