What is a Profile of Contracting Authority?

It is the address of the electronic tool on the Internet that the contracting authority uses to publish information on public procurement and that allows remote access. For the purposes of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended, the Contracting Authority Profile is specifically defined in Article 28(1)(j) of this Act as an electronic tool that allows unrestricted remote access and on which the contracting authority publishes information and documents on its public contracts.
